To request a date, please read through the information below, fill out the booking form and then follow up via email with any necessary screening info.

Screening

Screening is required for first dates and should be emailed to meetcalliebrown@protonmail.com along with your booking form. Please be prepared to provide one of the following:

  • LinkedIn account (with 500+ connections) and a photo ID

  • A selfie with your government-issued ID (full name and DOB must be visible)

  • References from 2-3 independent providers you have seen within the past year

Deposit

In order to confirm our date, I require a 20% deposit for all bookings made via CashApp or Venmo.

Cancellations

If I need to cancel our date, your deposit will be returned in full. If you need to cancel (with at least 24 hours notice), your deposit can be put toward a future date. Last-minute cancellations require payment of the full donation.
